To: concerned about politics

It is amazing how a robust campaign makes sentiments such as yours in time become inoperative. Few really act out their intentions to waste their vote or not vote, by failing to pick a real contender in a presidential election. We are all free to choose of course. That is our right. But in the end, most voters are Baysians. They parse the odds, and make their vote count. What is left are the truly indifferent or totally disaffected. They rarely amount to much in the vote count.

I vote for representatives that represent my views. If there aren't any, I don't waste my time. The next day, I'm still happy. Life goes on.
