That is the screen capture they are running on Fox. The quality is lousy. It is better than nothing but I am sure better photos exist that have not been released.
If I'm looking at that pic correctly, that bastard got off easy. His neck was straight up snapped. Looks like his corpse is laying on it's back. His head, or should I say his neck can' support his head.
