Goering was sentenced to die by hanging for his war crimes. Clark would most likely have protested that as well.
Goering, ever the bully and coward, took his own life by means of a cyanide capsule rather than face justice.
I imagine Clark would do the same. Cowards are pretty predictable.
Hopefully the US guards have thoroughly searched Hussein several times so he won't be able to cheat the hangman.

Thanks, Kristinn.
Reminds me of an incident back in the Vietnam era. Dean Rusk gave a talk at UVA, and some protesters had leaflets that said "If you were in Vietnam, this would be a bomb" that they were tossing from the balcony. At the end of the speech, one guy approached Dean and asked him to sign one of these. While he didn't sign it "Bombs away, Dean Rusk", as requested, he did autograph it. At least he had a sense of humor. True story, I swear. I was there.

These days we'd get arrested for making a terrorist threat. Things were tough back then, but not everything had to be taken so seriously.

Hopefully you'll be watching the news of Saddam's necktie party along with the troops! : )
BTW you had a lot more restraint with that creep than I would have...

Hey, guy. Sometime in the next 10 days or so, CNN will be running a one hour special on Anderson Cooper 360 about Karl and the guys who were with him, and the families. I'll post when I know the actual date. It'll be called "Ambush at the River of Secrets".

Ramsey is a lost soul, and doesn't have a sense of humor either. I wonder what his father (Attorney General Tom Clark) would think if he could see what his son has become.

Way to twist the knife, Kristinn. Clark AND his blood-soaked 'client' deserved it in spades.
