The votes have been counted Buchanan won.

No, many (at least 18,000) of the votes have not been counted. That is why nobody really knows who won. Only after the revote occurs will we know who won.

Buchanan won; votes don't lie..

of course if Pelosi tries to pick a fight: she'll loose just like she did w/ Murtha, Hastings, Jefferson, etc...

All the votes that were cast were counted.

That is why nobody really knows who won.

We know who won by 369 votes

Only after the revote occurs will we know who won.

Nah, a revote would be done by people who have had over 50 more days of watching Buchanan and Jennings since the election. With that new info I'm sure Buchanan would win in a landslide (no one likes a sore loser) now but that's why a revote is not practical. Not everyone would vote the same way again, and people who chose not to vote the first time may cast ballots this time too.

If this Jennings lady was smart she would have graciously conceded which would have kept her viable for 2008. Now she's guaranteed to be, at best, a one term unelected Congresscritter.
