Not yet. He is in Iraqi custody according to the Iraqi MP, and the clock is now ticking. Rumor has it he swings at midnight local (4 pm Eastern, 3 Central, 2 Mountain, 1 Pacific, and if you're outside those time zones, Iraq is UTC+3).

It's almost 11pm in Iraq...I keep my clock on the desk set to Iraqi time since my son is over there.....1 hour to midnight.

Maybe as little as one hour and counting. A little early in the day for Champagne but most truly evil people die in bed and we don't get a chance to celebrate.
