Wow. We are getting all weepy-eyed. In the endeavor to get "Christ-like" and turn the other cheek, some have forgotten exactly who the final arbiter of Justice is. Every mortal being will die. Some even subscribe to the notion that Lucifer himself could be redeemed through the Atonement and Grace. Consider for a moment that this is an arrangement sanctified by the Almighty. Why should the celebration of other mortal beings bother you? If indeed you believe that the victims are also children of the Father.

Lest the libs who want to evoke Jesus in condemning this event, forget. Death is the specified punishment for those who willingly and needlessly take another's life as Saddam did so many times. Per the law handed down to Moses by the Lord Almighty himself. Jesus said he came to uphold the law not to abolish it.

Solemn does not equal 'weepy-eyed'. Dictionaries are your friend. Use one.
