Bush laid out the case correctly to Congress and to the UN for bouncing Saddam. It has always been up to the Iraqi people to decide Saddam's fate once he was removed from power. I'm disappointed the FNC panelists can not make that distinction.
Bush didn't have to lay it out because Clinton, in 1998, declared regime change and the removal of Saddam from power in Iraq official US policy and was given a resolution of that fact by the Congress.
