Doubtful. It will not be done live. It will be announced after the fact, with video released. I was listening to NPR and they think that one of the cable networks will show it for huge ratings. Not sure which network will want to air a snuff film though. Although it is just that Saddam dies, this is still a snuff film.
I don't think CNN shows snuff films of terrorists, just the murder of hero americans.

I suspect AlJazeera will have a bootleg copy of the execution available within hours. They will use it to fan the hatred for the US in the arab countries, to promote more violence, and likely to send encrypted messages to terror cells world wide. YMMV
CNN has already aired snuff flicks of our soldiers. No new ground would be broken there....Call your local cable advertiser for sell-through rates on the news channels. It will be telling who buys ad-time in those slots. Mucho $$$$ will change hands.
