You're right --- it's been over a year since we mounted our Death Watch for Tookie. Then our Death Watch for another cretin was "ruined" when that CA judge stopped the execution after agreeing with the cretin's lawyers, that death by needle might be "cruel and unusal punishment" because a doctor would not be present.
