Of course, if Saddam
wanted to die, I imagine you'd be jumping in and saying he has no right to die!
You never cease to amaze me, ohioWfan, with your cries to ban others atop your own twisted logic.
I imagine you'd push for Jesus of Nazareth being banned, as He would likely not find rejoicing in these moments, but rather would be saddened at Saddam's lack of repentance. Christ could have exacted quite a bit of vengence in His days on earth, but doesn't seem to have been "satisfied" with doing it.
So call for banning me, too, if you are against those who find this a proper end for a ruthless, evil man, but don't share in the bloodlust of the moment.

From what I have read, just logging on, the "Butcher of Baghdad" is done sunrise Baghdad time, 10:00PM Western time, unless some goofy decision is made somewhere by a liberal in some position of authority. I would not be surprised.
Must be sobering to be facing the repercussions of his crimes against humanity, not the least the unleashing of his two rabid attack dog sons on pre-George W. Bush Iraq. What a testament to the lowest common denominator in the human existence.

"...It's time we recognized the nature of the conflict. It's total war and we are all involved. Nobody on our side is exempted because of age, gender, or handicap. The Islamofacists have stolen childhood from the world." [FReeper Retief]
"...That the totalitarian force pitted against freedom wears a religious makes this civil war among mankind all the more difficult to engage. Loving freedom as we do, it seems reprehensible to deliberate against a religion. But this is no ordinary religion as it demands absolute obedience of all to their religion at the cost of freedom itself." [FReeper Backtothestreets]

LOL -- well, the reporter starts out by announcing "we have breaking news" starts to cough and clear her throat but can't regain her voice to say anything else. All this time, the prepared piece is showing different scenes without benefit of any audio.... Viewers are left to wonder what's going on.

Is he dead Yet? His death hasn't been announced yet, but if he's still alive, he'll be dead in 3 hours 59 minutes or less.
