He is going to try to get to a trial and hope jury bias will get him a conviction or hung jury. He needs anything to make this case look as if it had merit and him more than a political opportunist.

For the first time, I actually believe the judge will remove him from this case. The question is whether his replacement will be insane enough to carry on this outrage.
