This stuff gets irritating. Thankfully the manufacture has some pretty good support. not bad for a 350 buck PC from wallyworld!
Talk about masses - WallyWorld has driven the big boys (HP, etc.) to produce quality mdse for less; that includes the support you'd expect after purchasing a $1.5K machine.
