Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said on Wednesday that kidnapped soldier Cpl. Gilad Shalit is alive.
''We are working to release him and we know that he's alive,'' Aboul Gheit told a news conference. (AP)
Proof please...
Sure hope he is not being tortured - in violation of the Geneva conventions...
Perhaps we should try the captors for violations of the Geneva conventions.
Without any evidence, my feeling is that Shalit is alive, but that the other two - in Lebanon - are not. There was suddenly no more mention of them after the Israeli raids on Baalbek.
He looks like he should not be in the military. Good example of the flaw inherent with any 100% conscripted army. The guy looked like he should be singing in a choir, not hauling around a loaded weapon.
I think muslim hate is so great, that none of the soldiers survived long after capture.
IMO, the Hamas/Hezbolah goal is to get thousands of freed prisoners in exchange for 3 dead bodies.
As for the Egyptian FM, well...muslims lie.
I would like to be proved wrong. But I've grown to know terrorist scum very well since 2001.
Israel should take action. But I dream.
No, it's the entire army. Scrawny Jewish boys. Trust me, I'm in the IDF.
Yeah I'm sure.
Are you sure that you want to judge a book by its cover like that? How about this guy?
Here's another photo of the guy...
Ever hear of Audie Murphy?
Mark
I'm from Missouri.
Show me.
(Actually, I'm not, but you get the point)
