The Latino on black crime wave is well known: it's in the schools, the jails, the prisons, the streets. About as far as our "representatives" care, it is a matter of keeping themselves and their families out of harm's way. That's about it.
The crime wave is really Latino on non-Latino, much as the jihad is muslim on non-muslim. Both looking for dominance.
They won't care, they know better.
Why should they care? They have their own bodyguards, paid for by us, the long-suffering taxpayers.
