When in the world is someone going to point out that Keith Ellison is a member of Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Islam!!?
That NOI is not recognized as truly Muslim by `mainstream' Muslims but seen rather as a nutty cult!!?
That Keith Ellison did NOT have to adopt a completely Arab Muslim name as if he had been a convert to `true' Islam!!
But... the `real Muslims' know a stalking-horse when they see one, and CAIR and the other pro-terrorist groups have fallen totally silent on the issue of Keith Ellison's "Muslimness"!

I have pointed out this fact in several of these Posts.
Farrakhans Muslims are no more Muslims than I am. They are racial bigots espousing the Islamic religion because it excuses their hatreds and makes their bigotry valid. At least to them.
Farrakhan is to Islam as the KKK is to Christianity..
