All have something Sen. Obama lacks. Baggage. Heavy baggage ... Leave it to the MSM to claim that a man who opposed legislation that would protect the country from dope dealers, sexual predators, and people who let infants born alive starve to death has no baggage.

On the wings of one spectacular speech, he has ignited the hopes of disillusioned voters from coast to coast.Didn't we hear all of this after Mario Cuomo's speech at the 1984 Democratic Convention?

"Obama is a genuine, up-from-the-grassroots phenomenon."
too funny.
He has contrived himself.
and the media conjures even more.
his cheap and flimsy wing tiles will erode and he will either crash or make a very shaky landing before summer gets here.

First time I ever heard of the media called the grassroots.
Obama is a slightly smoother gas bag.

"Obama is a genuine, up-from-the-grassroots phenomenon."
MSM forgot the real truth again:
Obama is a genuine, up-from-the-media, elitist, liberal socialist phenomenon, created for one purpose and only one purpose to get another liberal Democrat elected to the office of president of the United States, to further perpetuate redistribution of wealth in America through socialism.

He's complex; who isn't? and he talks good. We have two years to hear him out. In the meantime maybe somebody with a more Conservative attitude can rise above the pack and say the right words.

Look at the byline...looney Clooney's Father. That means Obama will have the support of Hollywood. The silver lining is that they will be against Hillary. This almost guarantees a Hillary/Obama ticket and that will be a difficult ticket to beat.

We need to remember on all these osamma threads that all he is and ever will be is hillary's VP. Once she is "coronated" at the convention, hussein and bubba will then take all the flack and the msm will shift focus to bubbba and ossama walking hand in hand into the sunset. America's first black potus and his wife's VP.
Meanwhile hillary will hide from that mean ol press until election time.
All the while she will never ever have to answer those tough to answer questions, her front men will always be there. It's all prearranged.

Jimmy Carter did not have the "sex appeal" but that
up-from-the-grassroots phenomenon was hawked by the anointed ones and their "looney" lackeys in much the same way as Mr. Obama -- Jimmy would "bring us together" -- he sure did. We huddled together for support and to escape the malaise -- but we cheered when he got the White House tennis court scheduling problem straightened out. Hey! One solved problem out of.. how many thousands? ain't bad.
I still ask, so Obama was born a Muslim, he is not an apostate however and therefore in no danger from the radical Muslim nut groups -- but Obama choose Christianity over Islam, so why is he not criticized by Muslims? Why does he get a pass?

I haven't seen any evidence that Barack Hussein Obama has ever managed a business of any substantial size in the private sector or a large agency in state or even local government. Of course, he has no experience commanding a military unit.
Among the CEO qualifications I look for first in a candidate for the President of the U.S.A., the man is wholly unqualified.
No thanks, I'll pass.

What Barack Hussein Obama Jr. lacks is any kind of
gravitas. Strange, how much that word got bandied around in 2000, and how often it was so wrongly applied. It turned out, George W. Bush had a whole lot more
gravitas than anybody on the left gave him credit for having.
Osama-Obama really is an empty suit. And unable to entertain two sustainable thoughts in any one time span.
But he talks really well.
