The fact that the ever so liberal Raleigh N&O writes this damning article indicates that the tide is turning on the 'honorable' Mike Nifong.

Unlike with the Duke case there is substantial evidence that Nifong is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct. By Nifong's own standards Nifong is in big trouble.
