THis just sealed the case for the defense if it ever even makes it to trial. I can't imagine any judge letting it get that far.
The defnedent has changed her story so many times, that she has become a totally unreliable witness, and her testimony is the ONLY shred of evidence Nifong has at all.

This will not get to trial unless the judge selected is a total nutjob. 20 years ago, I would've said 'No way'. Nowadays, it's an even split either way.
