They have had their day in court. Wake up. They shouldn't even be publicly tried. Maybe you haven't noticed but WE ARE AT WAR!

War or no, they are entitled to a trial. Or would you have then taken out and thrown in jail without one?

Yes, it would have been the honorable and right thing to do. Unfortunately, a fair trial has been denied them over four months before any investigation was complete.

Friday, May 19, 2006 john al-Murthawi, played judge, jury and executioner while denying them the basic right of innocence until *PROVEN* quilty!

"There was no firefight. There was no IED that killed these innocent people. Our troops overreacted because of the pressure on them, and they
killed innocent civilians in cold blood,"
