Negroponte and the position created for him are utterly worthless and complicate matters at least as much as his tenure in Iraq did.

A heads-up on this Times story first appeared on Drudge who got a tip-off from someone at the Times. Drudge's Times informant said the story would "ignite the news cycle" meaning it would cause a news media conflagration that would consume Bush. The story received a collective yawn and disappeared faster than the phony "Iraq ammo dump" story of November 2004. The Times is as incompetent at writing fiction as it is fact, and in that paper its impossible to tell the difference.

The NYT's was responsible for the death of a NY prosecutor that went to Sicily to investigate a mob figure. The NYT's printed the story of his secret trip to Sicily.

I wouldn't be as worried if the rest of the leftist media morons didn't take their marching orders from such an irresponsible source.

Yuo know, church voting booths can't have any signs or religious symbols present on election day because 'it might influence voters' YET- the press can forcefully sway votes with dirty tricks all they like? http://sacredscoop.com

The mainstream media in America monopolizes the power they have with 1st amendment and their ability to destroy our country via deceptive indoctrination simultaneously.

Someday we'll be able to tell our grandkids about WWIV - where the US fought (and defeated) its enemies in a two-front war against Islamofacists and their American allies, our internal traitorous media/mediots and Rats in Congress.

Thanks for the ping. The bureaucrats and those who undermine the war got their wish and shut down the DOCEX website.

Are you taking odds on the outcome? I'm not a Chicken Little, but I do seriously doubt this country will exist anywhere near it's current form within my kid's lifetimes. My wife gets PO'ed when I say this, but hey, look around. I think two quotes attributed to Stalin illustrate perfectly why we're in a world of shi#. "The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything." And "Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed". I have no idea if Stalin said these, but they are very true nonetheless. If we totally lose either of these institutions, we're lost.

To: Albertafriend

"Are you taking odds on the outcome?"
I will be an optimist as long as I'm breathing and my mind is still working.
We are at a very dangerous point in the life of our country and the future of our children and grandchildren. Which is why we can never give up the battle to save our country and our way of life for our children, grandchildren, and other young Americans and those not born yet.
