O'Donnell told her audience on ABC's "The View," Wednesday that Trump's news conference with Miss USA Tara Conner had annoyed her "on a multitude of levels."

O'Donnell said Trump should not be the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America. She said he's divorced two times and had affairs.

Trump lashed back at O'Donnell on the entertainment show "The Insider," criticizing everything from her looks to her former television talk show and magazine.

As much as I don't like Rosie, she's right here. Donald Trump should have been bankrupt twice. "The Donald" claims he's worth at least $2 billion. Ya right. People worth $2 billion don't do Get-Rich-Quick seminars like "the Donald" does.

I know a commercial developer who declared bankruptcy and screwed my parents our of their investment. Trump did the same to his investors in his Atlantic City Casino but he came out smelling like a rose. You may think commercial developers who regularly file for bankruptcy are prudent business people. I think they are crooks, and when these developers file bankruptcy, there's usually people who invested in their operation who end up screwed. Donald Trump is a scam artist.

Trump has no right to shut up even fat tubs of lard. He should be charged with barratry. Misuse of the courts like this is one reason justice is so arbitrary and expensive.

Trump has the same right as any American does to seek damages in a civil suit in the applicable court. If the court determines that he suffered damages due to the FTOL (Fat Tub O' Lard) running her mouth, so be it.

With all the sophomoric, immature theatrics aside, I don't understand Rosie's motivation for making her original comments. I understand she doesn't like Donald. Got it. But for someone who landed a chair on The View after a long string of business fiascoes, I'd say that if anyone has an education about second chances, it's Ms. O'Donnell.

As I said, I'm not a huge fan, but the laws on the books allow bankruptcy to occur. People with $$$ think investing in commercial real estate is a sure-fire winner in the good times, and most often it is, but there is tremendous risk involved which is why many people stay away from this type of investment. There were days (post WW II) when many of those Harvard and Wharton MBAs looked down on working on Wall Street, and wouldn't get involved in this type of commercial real estate speculation, choosing to build other types of industry. They had seen the depression and understood business cycles by experience. Today, hardly anyone remembers the downside or cares to live prudently, hoping to get rich quick. Investor beware.
