Palestinian gunmen fired a Qassam rocket from the northern Gaza Strip into Israel Friday morning, the thirteenth in two days.

(IsraelNN.com) Likud chairman and former Prime Minister Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu told a Likud gathering Thursday night that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is tired. "A leader needs to be an active authority, not a passive one [of] restraint and inaction," Netanyahu asserted.
The Likud Knesset Member called on the Prime Minister to "free the IDF's hands" and resume counter-terrorist operations. "It is not the nation that is tired. Olmert is tired. There is only one thing worse than a nation that has lost faith in its leaders, and that is leaders who have lost faith in their nation," he added.

Australia warns of terrorist risk in Indonesia at Christmas

The Australian government has information that "possible specific terrorist attacks" are being planned around Christmas in Indonesia, Foreign Minister Alexander Downer said Friday.
He did not give any details of potential specific attacks, but said churches and other places had been targeted in the past during Christmas time in Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation. "There have in the past been terrorist attacks, particularly on churches and on other religious institutions, during Christmas," Downer said. (AP)

(from the news clips I've been seeing, I think most of the cabinet is ready to pounce on the rocket launchers starting yesterday, although I don't think they're ready to send in troops in the numbers they did before the cease fire, but I'm guessing.)
