Here's a suggestion for a 'respectful' way to refer to him:"mohamedans worship a syphilitic pedophile as a prophet of God. This prophet tells them to kill or enslave everyone who isn't a mohamedan."

It's accurate and it conveys the respect that spawn of hell deserves.

Well, you beat me to it. I concur. LOL! Maybe the "crazed rantings of a warlord/pedpohile". I suscribe to the theory the this camel-thief was never in Jerusalem and therefore the "mosque" there is offensive and should be removed.
