Each site of a rocket launch will be hit with a precision munition. It will be hit one hour after the launch of the rocket. It will be a 500 lb gravity bomb with a precision guidance system attacked. This would take out everything for about 50 to a 100 meters. If any civilians are killed it is by their on volition as they had time to evacuate. Repeat as needed.
