God and individual responsibility are not "the same coin".

If I oppose fedearal laws against say, gambling or prostitution, on the grounds that such actions are not within the Constitutionally enumerated powers of the federal government, is that a moral decision based on theology, and if so how would you characterize that theology?

Answer the question, please.
