It's not his government he is speaking for. He speaks for Islam which has been around for fifteen hundred years. Also, he may not be to a war but the slow ever creeping advancement of Islamic ideas into the US social structure through political correctness and diversity untill war is not necessary.
On the other hand, he does plan to nuke Israel. The world can take that to the bank.
