He is more conservative than other hopefuls, but Jim Gilmore is about as an exciting speaker as watching paint dry.
Not only is he bland, but he did a lousy job as governor of VA.
I think watching paint dry is more interesting. Gilmore just doesn't have the "Reagan" charisma I would like to see.
He is about as conservative as Wilder, and less interesting to watch.
