I worked as a Flight Attendant at TWA and I knew more gay men than most people ever will. I can't recall any that had a "normal" upbringing and very few that didn't have an incident of molestation in their past.
My best friend while I worked there was ....um....a bit flamboyant so to speak and he recalled an incident with an overly affectionate(to sugar coat it a bit) "boys group" leader on a camping trip. ( It's not the group you are probably thinking of.) I have also observed that most of them had domineering mothers and passive fathers if they had them at all.

I agree. My experience with the homosexual community is that the VAST MAJORITY have suffered some form of sexual molestation as a child. It seems so obvious yet I never see any studies on it. Hmmmm. Could these studies be agenda driven?

Interesting observations...given the present social morals; I guess there isn't much hope for our culture...
