Why do you think "they" would try to quash the subpoena? I believe the Administration would relish the idea of making Fitzgerald look like even more of a fool than he has so far made himself look.

These are clearly bogus charges; Fitzgerald and Wilson should both be jailed in the cell next to Nifong.
