I'm not a lawyer, but what do you mean by "already have the tape"? Do you mean the Washington Post should have given them a copy just like they gave to the Prosecutor, or do you mean the Prosecutor should have given it to the Defense without it having to be subpoenaed?

I mean Fitz should have provided the tape to the defense as a normal part of discovery.

Yup- almost as bad as the Valerie Plume case that turned out NOT to be a case at all- This too will backfire on the dems big time and the people will get sick of hteir constant frivelous 'investigations' and demand change- http://sacredscoop.com

Of course he is. Otherwise he'd have been called by the prosecution.

When is Richard Armitage's frogmarch scheduled for? I really want to see that.

I mean a man who endangered Valerie Plame's life the way he did (destroying the secret life of a mother of twins!!), and Armitage ruined our national security. Boy I'll bet the indictment's taking so long because Fitz has to write a really long and strong speech berating him for making it impossible for good people to serve their country anymore.....

Same person continued to sell Yellowcake from Niger through another third world country, then on to Saddam. BUT, Niger wasn't selling it directly to Saddam...

Libya, Niger next-door neighbor to the north.

Backfire? I wish. The Democrats get a free pass from the media. No matter how much Democrats abuse their power, it is never a story, but the slightest hint of a potential abuse by a Republican and it is featured as a front page story for months.

In D.C., that's an everyday occurrence.

"Armitage is a leaker but I think there's others that are still in the CIA"

This whole thing centers around the non-proliferation office in the CIA. Maybe the employees there were having a leaking contest.

Niger shipped it to Libya where Saddam had
his nuke people helping with the nuke program.
That way Saddam still had nuke program, but not
in Iraq where UN inspectors could find it.
The in oil for food scandal Saddam paid money to
French company COGEMA, who was in charge of mining
for Niger. they paid Niger and Joe's company who
worked for GOGEMA.Joe covered it up and used it for
dirty politics back here as a bonus. He is biggest
sum-bitch traitor there ever was.ED

Matt Cooper is intimately tied to Hillary via his wife, Mandy Grunwald. Mandy is Hillary's best friend, media advisor and Bubba's former campaign manager.

I believe Matt is a candidate for Marcy Park.

By the way, Mandy's father was the editor who first said Nixon should resign. The father died, IIRC, just before this came to a head and also just before Deep Throat came out.

Interesting! Wilson finally has to take the 5th. Notice how many husbands and wives are active in this thing. They can exchange all kinds of stuff and never have to say ill about their partner.

Wilson and Valerie are a perfect conspiracy.

Wilson said that Saddam was not trying to acquire Yellow cake through legal channels and nothing more. Well, duh, we all could figure that he would try acquire it "illegally".
