We had a pair of black labs. A pair of four legged backhoes! Toward the end I was buying a dump truck load of dirt every two months just to fill in the holes!
GREAT dogs! Very good natured, but MAN did they DIG!

My Chance is a very big mix breed. The Vet thinks a Newfoundland is part of his genes. No propensity ta dig, but loves to chase cats! I spoil him rotten! I let him run every day in the fields after work. He is as strong as an ox and as gentle as a kitten around children.
