Jezebelle, read my private post to you. Until you can amend your attitude, I'll have no futher intercourse with you. Your arrogant, in-your-face attitude totally detracts from all the good you are trying to achieve. I am not a nice person. I choose to be nice. I am not a timid person. I choose to be meek. I am not living vicariously through this case. Read my post and you will know exactly what I'm about. I love my profession. I've got you beat by three years, and I'm still doing it--different area now, but watching over immigration the way I watched over other things.

Nifong is going to go down as is any other corrupted L.E. who believe they can play fast and loose with my Constitution -- not all of them -- just the dumb ass, stupid, incompetent ones. You have my word on that.

Further, you've never displayed one iota of knowledge about the CJ system, investigation procedures, criminal procedures, what happens on the street or in a courtroom or behind the scenes, so I do not believe you. You seem to be claiming that your work as some functionary in immigration (by the way, it's called "ICE" now) after working as some functionary in some other federal bureaucracy is real LE. It is not.

I already know you're not a nice person. Perhaps that contributes to your other problems.

Whatever the case, I hope your situation improves but that you choose someone other than me to burden with it so you will have a fresh start at not alienating those who would ordinarily be compassionate and sympathetic to the circumstances.

I pray you're right about Nifong.
