I know it's meant to be sarcastic, but how does one sue someone from a foreign country that is communist? any lawyers trying to sue the Government or so for infringement risk losing his life. Try prosecuting an murderer legally hiding in Canada, you'd have to go to Canadian Courts first to obtain an Extradition Warrant.
