I was never beaten, but hazing wasn't so bad, and it brought the pledge class closer together. People should realize you've got to tone it down a great deal in this day in age.

The line between fraternity hazing and homo erotic masochism is very thin.
Those wild frat boys are confusing the Frat House with the San Francisco bathhouse.

Any organization that would degrade its members in such a manner is not worth joining. Anyone who would degrade themselves in such a manner to join an organization is not worth having as a member. That was always my view on fraternity hazing. I thought it was common sense, but I guess sense isn't all that common.

Kappa Alpha Psi is a black fraternity. Some black fraternities still brand their members. The whys and wherefors of pledge training are up to the organization. Canning might be a bit much.

My school I graduated from. How embarrasing! I just don't remember this kind of activity going on in the early 90's. sarc.

They are outlawing consensual acts.
The law is obscenely unconstitutional and nannyist.

Never liked frats and frat stuff. However, I think hazing is part of the tradition and others should butt out unless it becomes extreme and life-threatening.
A little caning never hurt anybody. :-)

This is a black fraternity.
