Mia............ I have a serious feeling that your artwork and overall presentation of The Beast would go over with a large segment of the younger (18 to 30) voting public. Do you expose more of America to your (Hillary stuff) elsewhere, other than here at FR.
Your approach (art and words) to Hillary is penetrating, and I know that it would work well on the younger people who don't really have a grasp on her. And we all know that as of now, she is the front runner to be the President in 2008.
The Ghost of Saul Alinsky lives.
****
Take a look at that picture of Hillary found in a few biographies of her back when she was about 20. As I remember she was sitting in a chair, wearing those gaudy 70's wide-stripped bell-bottom pants, feet spread on the floor, she is wearing those big somewhat thick glasses and looking right into the camera. Looks a lot like her hero Saul here.

HA! This is a total gem of a post! Thanks, Mia!
I would like to say that the only way NASCAR dads will vote for her is if they are rounded up at gunpoint.

Thank you, Miss Marple. :) 'Gem,' indeed, down the pin.... ;) Missus clinton, you may recall, is big on the subliminal use of the pin... as well as the garment. The better to fool all the idiots, useful and otherwise. And there's an inside joke or two lurking there--if you'll pardon the somewhat mixed metaphor--to stick it to us, to boot. As I've always been fond of saying: The clintons' fundamental error is that they are too arrogant and dim-witted to understand that the demagogic process in this fiberoptic age isn't about counting spun heads; it's about not discounting circumambient brains.

And the usual droning-when-not-screeching, midwestern-twanged-except-when-g-droppin'-preachin'-to-blacks-or-rubes missus clinton was her usual arrogant, banal self, a familiar affect that is punctuated--just in case--by her reliably thematic attire. Gingham-cum-flag-pin is her standard red-state-rubes uniform.7 Predictably, missus clinton donned a mandarin-collared shirt to pander to an Asian-infused San Francisco. But she forgot, apparently, to look in the mirror: The image on the screen was decidedly more Mao than mandarin8: It told us more about the woman than, perhaps, she intended. As did her words.
by Mia T, 02.08.06 THE (oops!) INADVERTENT (TERRORISM) ADMISSIONS OF BILL + HILLARY CLINTON This is the first in a series of (oops!) inadvertent disclosures made by the not very swift missus clinton during her chitchat with Jane Pauley in the city by the bay.

Some of those NASCAR dads, I venture, would take the bullet rather than vote for her. They have rock solid principles.

Funny thing, Margaret Hamilton was not that old when she played the WWW in 1939.
Unfortunately for the Hillarybeast its alot harder to use makeup to cover up age and deterioration (of all kinds) than it is to make someone intentionally look ugly.
Oh and I just thought of something else :

Missus clinton hasn't a clue on how to apply makeup. But I believe that is precisely why her people are allowing her to do her own paint job these days.
They want all those supposedly Thatcherite wrinkles accentuated. (It is HER version of HIS hair going totally white just in time for '92.)
Her people don't understand that the elegant Lady Thatcher aged with a certain grace and dignity--the very antithesis of the "you know" mephitic rube "index-card-reader."
("Index-card-reader" is what some lib reporter called the witch on Chris Matthews this past Sunday--not a good sign.)

Excellent observation about Alinsky! There's a new post there, methinks. ;)
As for the younger set, I've posted a few things on youtube, which I suspect reaches them. Pls feel free to send them any of my stuff.
