So Kerry had a press conference or press release saying he would talk to the leaders in Tehran. Then, they snubbed him. Now he's saying he doesn't have time? Of all serving senators, he has one of the worst attendance records for votes. He's missed many, I'm sure he can miss a few more and hardly anyone would notice.
