The part where killing 100 million in the last century is tantamount to killing the ex-spy. Is that the so-called 'good evidence' that is being talked about?
As I said in a prior post, both sides are utterly nuts. The 'Putin did it' and the 'Putin didn't do it' camps are both simply blowing smoke from a certain place. Neither side has any evidence (and the fact that you are basing your 'Putin did it' evidence on Russian killing 100 million people in the 20th Century just shows to what extent the 'evidence' gathering has gone to).
What you gave me is not evidence ....it is actually proof of the contrary. The lack of it.
