How are we going to explain Philadelphia, Chicago and Detroit?
Yep...we've never had a bribe problem in the U.S.

How are we going to explain Philadelphia, Chicago and Detroit? Yep...we've never had a bribe problem in the U.S. We do indeed have a bribery problem in the U.S. But I feel confident in saying that in Mexico it is systemic, and simply expected. Unlike in the U.S., in Mexico the citizenry has no reasonable expectation of public corruption being pursued and eliminated. Here Americans react with outrage at public corruption; in MExico I think it is considered par for the course.
