Like when he interviewed President Bush walking down a hall = so the camera would show BOR looming over the President, and Bush having to turn his head to look up over his shoulder to BOR. That little production trick really made me sick.
Agreed. I don't mind his having an ego, they all do. What I do mind is his constant harping about he'll do this or that, or something happened because of him, or he's somehow the savior of mankind. Add in his whacko positions on many issues and he just becomes unwatchable for me.
