I saw one of these things blown out of a missile silo into a corn field. Other than being covered with dirt, it was relatively undamaged. I was on scene at a fire in Goose Bay Labrador when a RAF Vulcan landed with hot brakes and burned to the ground with nukes on board. We picked them out of the rubble and shipped them back to the Brits for disposal.
