Well, that's plan A. Plan B which is REALLY being worked on right now, is how the democrats will fight Gov.Rounds in S.D. court system and say that he is obligated to appoint a Democrat according to their constitution. They'll find it...with all of their lawyers and appeals...they'll find it... and fight for it in the courts until they wear us down. You can bet on that.

I am not so sure they even care if he votes, just so long as he does not die or resign. This is a horrible way to treat Johnson.
They don't even care if he votes. All they want is power.
Sooner or later someone is going to have assume Power of Durable Attorney for the senator. I doubt that he will be able to make decisions for himself for quite some time, if ever.
Actually, Harry and co. don't care if he can vote so long as he counts toward their 51 majority in the Sente ... for that he could be on total life support and still be a rat majority member. But don't expect Tim to allow that. He is a man of integrity and will likely ask the SD Governor to appoint someone to replace him if he recovers enough to realize that he cannot do the job elected to do. Tim Johnson is not the typical democrat in leadership today, he has character and loves his country more than democrap party power. I pray for his complete recovery.
That is what seprates us from liberals and Democrats, they are only worried about the lost of political power and the night this happened I had MSNBC on and Bill Press was nearly beside himself about the fact Democrats could lose the Senate.
