If the citizens of the State of Minnesota, through their constitutionally elected state legislature, wish to define "firearms" this way, are you saying they cannot?

The definition is over broad. That's got nothing to do with Federalism, by any definition.

Says who? You cited California's definition in post #106 that is even broader!

Do we need to examine the definitions in all 50 states -- would you change your mind?
