I'm fortunate enough to live in the Appalachians. My back property line is a trout stream, and I'm surrounded by woods. I have well water and a septic tank with a seepage field. There's plenty of deer and turkey around.

KI, and yes, I have a bottle of tablets. A one letter typo, or you were remembering the U in KI4U.com

I've got a pretty good amount of water on-site, two barrels, 110 gallons, plus usually a case or two of bottled water. Could go a month or so, in a pinch. I need to get a Katadyne type purification filter. And a little more bleach and some purification tablets.
