Maybe it's well past time to jump the shark. so to speak. Trouble is that most Americans have been wussified to the nth degree and wet themselves at the mere suggestion of a possible revolt.

Being that this law was actually passed during the 109th congress, and will not just be repassed, the election outcome is of no difference.
