Yeh, well I would have thought McCain-Fiengold was unconstitutional too, since:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
But the Supreme Court didn't see it that way.

Oh, I'm sure there are plenty of good candidates in the bank. But if any one of them shows any chance of becoming the nominee, he or she will immediately be branded a right-wing radical, just like Barry Goldwater was. There aren't that many Ronald Reagans than can stand up to a couple of years of that Shiite from the MSM, the 'Rats, and the "moderate" Republicans.

my bosses would not call me a pessimist, more like "wild eyed optimist" when it comes to proposing technical solutions. But my stuff tends to work, usually the first time, or after a little beating into shape.
However that wasn't true of one of cooler things I did. (Probably the last technical thing at all, I've been moved on to other, less fun, stuff) I had to work that one over real good, but it eventually worked and ultimately the customer was pleased. They're still using it too.
