I wouldn't be surprised if Castro died weeks ago but he remains "alive" for several more years.

then, who will take over then, and will there be any changes, or will Hugo claim Cuba as Venzuelan territory and proceed to establish his regime there.
This bears watching before all the celebration takes place.
