Don't worry, Di - the AP will take care of the publicity of grudges...as long as the accused is a Republican. I searched the whole article in vain for the mention of a Democrat such as Jefferson, Hastings, or McDermott, but I did see a reference to a Democrat campaign against the Republican "culture of corruption."

This is slime, and the AP is completely without shame for it.

Surely the VOTERS should have a chance to say if they want this to happen.

Like someone said in the article...this opens up all kinds of opportunity for shenanigans with leaks, vendettas and just plain dangerous precedent...
