Perhaps the seat belt extenders could be used across an aisle to block folks from getting to an exit.

A seat belt extender - or just a regular seat belt - is a great bolo weapon; particularly the end with the heavy release buckle.

Everyone should be aware that the belts in your seat are easily removable if you reach down and spread the scissor-clips holding them to the metal bail that is part of the seat. Would make an excellent dent in an uppity muzzies noggin.
