If you have the number, I bet you could call the court and ask what time it starts.
Seems to me that they are required to publish the court calendar as part of the public record. Or does Durham have secret trials on top of everything else?
In looking at all the other criminal cases they start at 0900 in Courtroom 1 with Nifong listed as prosecutor. So I'm going to assume they follow that pattern.
