This could explain Nifong's "Plea Bargain City" judicial shopping mall style. He screws up a lot.
When it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck - it probably is just that. Nifong's approach to this case was perverted from the beginning. He is as corrupt as he appears to be - and now we have concrete evidence of his misconduct.
I'll wager that half the people of Durham, or half the people in Durham who even read about this, are too stupid to understand the significance of it.
This may be harsh but if a nuclear bomb goes off in Durham it would do millions of dollars of improvement.
Maybe, finally, Nifong will be held accountable for this travesty. Obviously the voters in Durham were too ignorant to take care of this problem.
